Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply whether booking placed online or over the telephone:

All our quotes are in POUND STERLING(GBP) and include car parking and any tolls. They do not include any entrance fees or gratuity.

Payment is due in advance by credit card or bank transfer.

No booking is confirmed until we have received full payment.

You will receive an E-Mail regarding your booking and payment status.

The Lead Passenger is responsible for any extra cost incurred on the day.

Any monies paid will be refund in full as long as you provide 30 days notice before your transfer day. Any cancelation after 30 days there is no refund.

We cannot take any over sized luggage item for shared shuttle such as Scooters, Surf Boards, Electric Wheelchairs and oversized and over weighted suitcases.

You must declare accurate amount of luggage at the time of booking

You must ensure that you take all your personal items and luggage with you when you leave the vehicle. Any costs incurred to return left items will be paid by the passengers.

We cannot be held responsible for any delay which is beyond our control; although every effort will be made by the company to ensure that the schedule is maintained.

Please Note: If you do not see your driver please call us on 07702 787 600 we will locate your driver for you. If you arrange any alternative transport without contacting our office first, you will be liable for the full fare and one hour extra waiting time at the rate of £30.00 per hour.
